Internal Sales Account Manager - Up to €50k - Dublin West

Your new role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Account Manager to join a dynamic sales team within a leading provider of finance and leasing solutions. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will play a key role in supporting sales growth, developing partner relationships, and helping customers access a broad range of financial products.
This is primarily an office-based role designed to support field-based account managers while providing a strong foundation for a long-term career in sales, account management, and relationship management.


Your responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for business partners, providing day-to-day support and guidance.
  • Support field-based account managers with relationship management activities through phone, email, and video communications.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets through pipeline management, follow-up activities, and proactive partner engagement.
  • Prepare account information, reports, and updates to support customer meetings and business development activities.
  • Respond efficiently to product, process, and system-related queries.
  • Support partner onboarding and ongoing engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with the delivery and coordination of training sessions, product updates, process changes, and system enhancements.
  • Conduct structured outbound calling campaigns aligned with sales initiatives and account plans.
  • Identify opportunities to increase partner engagement, sales activity, and training support.
  • Accurately maintain activity records and follow-up actions within CRM systems.
  • Develop account management and sales skills through continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
  • Attend occasional external meetings as required.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships over the phone, via video, and in writing.
  • A customer-focused and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence in working with CRM systems, data, reporting tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
  • A proactive mindset and genuine interest in sales and account management.
  • Comfort with outbound calling and proactive client engagement.
  • APA, CIP or similar financial services qualifications would be advantageous, though not essential.
  • Previous experience in sales support, account management, financial services, automotive, or dealer environments would be beneficial.
  • A strong understanding of credit processes and customer service principles would be an advantage.
