• Sales Team Leadership & Performance. Develop and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve Net Zero Product (NZP) targets. Manage performance and staffing forecasts for customer sales/support functions. Developing strong relationships with internal teams to ensure an aligned collaborative approach to Net Zero sales.
• Sales Strategy & Execution. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Digital, and CVM teams to design and implement NZP sales strategies. Oversee all lead generation and sales channels, including field sales and loyalty teams.
• Customer Support Transformation. Integrate sales capabilities into the outsourced customer support team. Implement new business processes, customer journeys, and training programs.
• Process & Technology Optimisation. Identify and deploy IT tools to support business processes. Streamline operations to reduce customer acquisition and retention costs.
• Partnership Development. Identify, negotiate, and establish new sales partnerships and channels for NZPs, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Customer Experience Management. Manage aftersales support and installation partner interfaces to ensure smooth customer journeys.
• Product & Innovation Support. Contribute to the development of new propositions, bundled offers, and pilot product rollouts.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar sales manager role with excellent knowledge of Net Zero Products and the renewables industry. You will also have a 3rd level qualification. A strong understanding of sales channels and lead generation along with experience in supporting sales teams and third-party vendors is essential. Strong IT skills, including CRM software and sales tools are essential. Commercial acumen and strong reporting skills are required.
