Your new role
This role will involve handling personal lending applications and enquiries with our most valuable asset, our customers within the Republic of Ireland and the UK over the phone. We are looking for outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic people with a passion for Sales to come and join our vibrant team. Backed up by the support of Ireland's biggest bank, you will be in control of helping customers do business with us. As this role includes selling both Regulated and Non-Regulated products. There will initial be training for 7 weeks which includes the details below.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Handle a variety of inbound and outbound calls from customers
- Build rapport with each customer by understanding their needs and identifying additional sales opportunities.
- Take ownership and resolve each situation to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Handle and resolve customer queries /requests in a timely manner and with a first call resolution approach.
Qualifications
- APA or QFA in Loans and Regulations(minimum)
- Good Communication Skills
What you will bring:
- Track record of delivering a consistent level
- Exceptional service to customers is preferable.
- A proven track record of delivering strong results against agreed targets is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Given the MCC requirements of this role, a commitment to maintaining APA Loans accreditation by completing required CPD hours.
There will be initially seven‑week paid induction training will take place at the Airside office regardless of your final assigned location and will require full attendance, followed by a short assessment at the end in which you must achieve a minimum score of 70% to pass in move forward and continue in the role.
