Your new role

• Delivering excellent customer service in line with agreed standards
• Identifying suitable everyday banking options for customers
• Bringing an innovative mindset and suggesting improvements
• Working effectively as part of the branch team
• Taking personal accountability and following through on commitments

• Strong customer relationship skills with a professional, solution‑focused approach
