HR Business Partner – Up to €60k DOE - Dublin

Your new role
You will support managers and employees throughout the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR practices are legally compliant, people‑centred and aligned to organisational values.
You will act as a trusted advisor to management teams, leading on employee relations matters, supporting workforce planning and contributing to HR projects, policy development and change initiatives across the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Act as a key HR point of contact for recruitment, ensuring processes align with relevant policies and legislation.
- Lead and support employee relations cases including grievance, disciplinary, absence management, performance management, and retention initiatives.
- Coach and guide managers on people‑management issues, building leadership capability across departments.
- Support workforce planning by developing an in-depth understanding of staffing needs and deployment requirements.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits and support processes such as occupational health and retirement applications.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, HR policies, GDPR, and relevant clinical regulatory standards.
- Produce accurate HR reports including starters, leavers, absence, payroll-related submissions, and key HR KPIs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across all HR systems and documentation.
- Lead or contribute to organisational change initiatives and HR projects as required.
- Support the delivery of employee experience, engagement, and capability-building initiatives.
- Stay informed on current HR, IR/ER and employment-law developments.
- Support the organisation in implementing upcoming legislation such as EU Pay Transparency requirements.
- Assist in the handling of data subject access requests as needed.
- Undertake additional duties relevant to the role within the HR department.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree in HR or Business related area & an additional Third Level Qualification in HR Management (Completed or Currently Undergoing)
CIPD qualification is desirable.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role across large organisations
Experience working in a complex/matrix organisation.
Experience supporting HR operations or team coordination.
Experience working in a unionised environment.
Exposure to healthcare or clinical settings within HR is desirable.
