Risk & Regulatory Change Manager – Initial 5 month Assignment – Dublin/Hybrid

My client is a leading global bank, conducting business in more than 160 countries and jurisdictions. Providing their client’s a broad range of financial products and services, they are located in heart of Dublin. They are currently recruiting for a Regulatory Change Manager to join their team on an initial 5-month assignment. This role will be a hybrid position, with 3 days per week in their office in heart of Dublin.
Your new role
You’ll support the Regulatory Reporting Change manager, providing Change Management expertise to the regulatory reporting function. While having responsibility for the management, oversight and delivery of the program of EMEA Regulatory change including MiFID II Transaction Reporting, Security Financing Transaction Reporting, Commodity Position Reporting and other regulatory reporting obligations, you’ll partner with Business, Change teams and Technology to ensure that risks arising from reporting observations are mitigated by identifying, analysing, prioritising, implementing and managing testing of technical fixes and enhancements. You’ll r eview and enhance the existing control framework where appropriate, updating and testing the management control assessment (MCA). While also p artnering with internal stakeholders including Operations, Technology, Compliance, Internal Audit and the business to embed a best-in-class service to internal clients, you’ll prepare and submit relevant updates and MIS to numerous Committees, providing transparency of existing or emerging issues and progress on path to remediation.
What you'll need to succeed
You have extensive project management and business analysis skills with experience of managing complex and varied projects. With s trong people management skills with broad experience in matrix managing multiple teams of different work streams, you have an excellent working knowledge of Transaction and Trade reporting regulations. You have great stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication, influencing and running project governance, change management and benefits realisation. You’re able to interpret and summarise key issues to senior management and other stakeholders & consistently deliver work of a high standard whilst under pressure.
