HR Manager - Healthcare - Dublin North/Meath – up to €75k

Your new role

  • Act as a strategic HR partner, ensuring the HR function supports organisational objectives and contributes to overall business performance.
  • Lead and manage the HR function, ensuring the delivery of a professional, efficient and high-quality people service across the organisation.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to senior leadership and managers on all employee relations and people management matters.
  • Partner with operational teams to deliver HR support across multiple sites, ensuring a consistent approach to people practices and policies.
  • Monitor workforce planning requirements, including staffing levels, budgeted hours, recruitment forecasting and resource utilisation.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to identify and address current and future hiring needs.
  • Source, coordinate and deliver cost-effective learning and development initiatives, with a focus on building internal training capability where possible.
  • Ensure all training programmes are compliant with employment legislation, regulatory requirements and HR best practice.
  • Promote and maintain compliance with HR policies, procedures and employment legislation, providing guidance to managers and employees as required.
  • Lead and support employee relations processes, including investigations, disciplinary matters, grievance procedures and workplace conflict resolution.
  • Analyse absence, attendance and workforce metrics, identifying trends and implementing initiatives to improve attendance, employee wellbeing and operational effectiveness.
  • Advise managers on employment legislation and regulatory requirements, ensuring organisational compliance at all times.
  • Support the implementation, optimisation and ongoing management of HR systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient HR processes.
  • Represent the organisation at external employment relations forums, including WRC, Labour Court and other third-party proceedings as required.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, organisational initiatives and working groups, providing HR expertise and contributing to continuous improvement across the business.

  • Proficiency in relevant systems and tools (e.g. Microsoft Office or industry-specific platforms)
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
