Your new role

• Perform daily monitoring of online, phone, and business banking activity, investigating potential fraud cases and managing eFraud cases from creation to resolution.
• Review customer payment histories, analyse risk indicators, and make informed decisions on whether transactions are fraudulent while meeting strict daily payment cut‑off deadlines.
• Engage directly with customers by phone and collaborate with internal teams and branch colleagues to resolve payment concerns and provide high‑quality support.
• Prepare and analyse daily MI, maintain accurate case records, and ensure all tasks are completed in line with operational standards.
• Demonstrate strong customer experience standards by delivering exceptional service, adapting to change, participating in training, and consistently acting with integrity.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in investigations, fraud, or complaints handling
• Excellent analytical ability and solid Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Banking experience is beneficial but not essential
