Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination of property lettings, viewings, and inspections.
- Handle tenant and landlord queries, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Support the preparation of documentation such as tenancy agreements, property listings, and valuation reports.
- Update internal systems and maintain accurate property records.
- Liaise with contractors and organise maintenance work where required.
- Contribute to marketing activities, including online property listings.
- Provide administrative support to the broader property management and sales teams.
- Basic computer literacy (email, CRM systems, Microsoft Office).
- Previous property experience is beneficial but not required.
- Full clean driver’s licence (fuel card provided).
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast‑paced environment.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
