Experienced AP professional required for global pharma opportunity – North Dublin - 40k - permanent
Your new company
This global pharmaceutical company are a household name in homes across the globe. With a substantial presence in the market, backed further by acquisitions and headcount growth in the Irish market, they are seeking to expand their finance team in the Dublin North office.
The office is based in North Dublin, easily accessible from the M50, M1, M4 and other neighbouring counties.This company are not in a position to offer visa sponsorship. Candidates applying must hold full time, permanent working rights.

Your new role
Reporting to the AP Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring timely supplier payments, accurate invoice processing, and robust account reconciliation.
Key responsibilities include:
Setting up new vendors with required approvals.
Processing invoices in the ERP system.
Maintaining complete digital records of all documents.
Monitoring intercompany balances.
Processing supplier payments and updating ledgers.
Monitoring cash balances with Treasury.
Completing daily bank reconciliations.
Reviewing and resolving aged GRNI items.
Providing ad hoc management information.
Supporting team meetings, audits, and continuous improvement work.
Contributing to process standardisation and working capital initiatives.
Taking ownership of personal development.
What you'll need to succeed
You must hold full working rights to work in Ireland, and have previous high-volume accounts payable experience within the Irish market. Those without this will not be considered.3+ years’ Accounts Payable experience.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
A proactive, flexible team player with a positive approach.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
Strong Excel skills.
