Your new role
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail‑focused Office Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office environment. This full-time, on-site position is based in Dublin 15 and plays a key role in ensuring the workspace operates efficiently while providing broad administrative support to the wider team.
Your responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient and well‑organised working environment
- Coordinate office space planning, including layout adjustments and workstation requirements
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and senior leadership
- Assist with staff onboarding and coordinate logistics for new starters
- Maintain and update office policies, procedures, and internal systems
- Manage supplier relationships and oversee office service agreements
- Organise and maintain data, reports, spreadsheets, and general documentation
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative position
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Experience using a variety of software systems and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to support ad‑hoc administrative tasks
