Your new company
Your new company is seeking a proactive and experienced Office Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time onsite position ideal for someone with a strong background in office administration who enjoys being an all-rounder in a busy and dynamic environment.
Your new role
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office
- Place and manage purchase orders with suppliers
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and mail to the appropriate departments
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments
- Support other departments with administrative needs as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in an office administration role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
