Your new company

Your new company is seeking a proactive and experienced Office Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time onsite position ideal for someone with a strong background in office administration who enjoys being an all-rounder in a busy and dynamic environment.


Your new role

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office
  • Place and manage purchase orders with suppliers
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and mail to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments
  • Support other departments with administrative needs as required

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in an office administration role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
