Your New Role
The Multi‑Skilled Technician is responsible for delivering a high standard of maintenance, repair, and technical support across a range of building services, equipment, and facilities infrastructure. The role involves both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the site.
Responsibilities
- Carry out regular checks on building systems to identify issues early and complete necessary repairs.
- Assist with setting up, upgrading, or adjusting equipment and building infrastructure as required.
- Review daily tasks and work requests, estimating the time and materials needed, and update progress using the relevant tracking systems.
- Contribute to efficient building operations by supporting energy‑saving practices and ensuring systems run effectively.
- Examine new and existing installations to ensure they meet safety standards and building regulations, reporting any concerns to management.
- Apply established procedures to resolve routine issues, with limited need for independent decision‑making.
- Perform work within clearly outlined duties and standard methods, following detailed instructions.
- Complete assigned tasks by adhering to defined processes and working under close supervision and direction.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Trade background in electrical, mechanical or carpentry.
- Previous experience in mechanical systems, electrical systems, carpentry work etc.
- Basic plumbing, fabric work, carpentry, electrical experience
- Troubleshooting and fault‑finding across mixed systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office + Strong Communication Skills
What You Will Receive
- Salary ranging from €45,000 - €58,000 (DOE)

- 23 days/year of Annual Leave plus all the Irish bank holidays including Good Friday.
