As a Customer Service Advisor, you will join a fast‑paced and supportive customer service team where you will play a key role in ensuring an excellent experience for customers across the healthcare sector. You will handle customer queries, process orders, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a high standard of service.
Your responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions.
- Gather and evaluate all relevant information to manage enquiries and complaints.
- Respond promptly to customer questions and follow up as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Support the administration of quotations and resolve pricing or product queries.
- Coordinate with external suppliers regarding delivery timelines and shipping details.
- Assist Credit Control with pricing discrepancies where required.
- Meet performance targets set by the Customer Service Manager.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years’ experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practice.
- Excellent communication skills via phone and email.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office; SAP experience is an advantage.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is beneficial but not required.
- Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
