Your new role
This role is to design and oversee our media and connections plans. You will work as part of the Connections team that is focused on delivering all paid and owned media for the client. You will take responsibility for a strategic led media plans that utilises a broad range of tools to build long term brand equity whilst balancing short-term commercial objectives. You will optimise the media mix across a range of tools, including but not limited to, traditional broad reach media, display, social media, video and partnerships. You'll work with our media & advertising agencies, with the aim of maximising the impact of advertising campaigns through a range of media platforms. You will use research & insight to help inform decision making, and to ensure that campaigns reach their target audiences as effectively as possible.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 4+ years’ experience in a media agency or client‑side media role
  • Strong experience developing and managing media plans
  • Proven ability to measure and interpret media performance
  • High attention to detail with strong delivery discipline
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimise the media mix across AV, digital display, social, video and partnerships
  • Collaborate on day‑to‑day relationships with media and advertising agencies
  • Ensure all media spend is correctly placed and performance is actively monitored
  • Translate business and brand objectives into effective media strategies and plans
  • Measure, evaluate and communicate campaign effectiveness and learnings
  • Work closely with brand, analytics, technology and wider marketing teams
  • Ensure full compliance with advertising standards, GDPR and IAB requirements
  • Contribute to annual planning in line with strategic and business priorities
