Your new role
As digital strategy manager, you will define, deliver and monitor strategic objectives and annual plans for the website and social media, aligned to Communications and Corporate Affairs, broader Customer and wider organisational priorities. Shape the future roadmap for the website, social channels and digital services, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement, accessibility and service delivery. This role also involves team management, where you will lead, manage and develop a high-performing Digital Channels team with clear objectives, performance management and professional development. You will plan resourcing and workload, enabling collaborative working within the team and across the Communications & Corporate Affairs Directorate.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new role, you must have experience in a similar position for a semi-state body or a similar regulated company with a large website. You must have demonstrated people management and team leadership experience and proven significant experience in setting strategic objectives and delivering for large scale websites and digital platforms.
