Brand Marketing Assistant, Dublin 2, Retail Sector, Permanent Role
Your new company :
As a Brand Marketing Assistant, you’ll help coordinate and execute omnichannel campaigns, ensuring they resonate with consumers, have a distinct personality, and are on time and within budget. You’ll work as part of a dedicated team to support the go-live of campaigns and events in collaboration with the wider GTM team to ensure everyone meets agreed timings and output. As Brand Marketing Assistant, you will act as a guardian and ambassador for the brand at all times. You will assist in delivering marketing activities on time, within budget, and driving commercial results for the brand. You will support the Brand Manager to successfully implement and deliver marketing campaigns and projects in partnership with brand partners and across own brand campaigns.
Your new role :
You will support the Brand Manager on creation, submission, and management of creative briefs. You will assist with internal creative and external teams to create relevant and engaging content while ensuring campaigns are on time, on budget, and look premium. You will manage shopping centre marketing enquiries and marketing executions. You will provide general admin to support the marketing team and assist in the organising of branded events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success. You will be responsible for invoice, PO raising and budget tracking for external partners. You will undertake Go-to-market reporting including pre-launch plans and post-launch recap reports. You will support event preparation i.e. arranging product / packing. You will also look after VM admin covering allocation and visual decks for stores and third-party production companies.
What you'll need to succeed :
You will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar marketing role (retail preferably). You will have the ability to manage multiple projects & tasks, prioritising where appropriate. You will have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or Business Studies. You will have experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns in an omnichannel retail environment is a bonus.
You will have excellent planning & organisational skills with experience managing multiple projects. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams. You will be extremely passionate, motivated, and creative with a can-do approach combined with high levels of energy.
Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines is a must, as well as being proactive and able to work autonomously.
