Are you a Marketing Manager looking for a temporary contract? Here at Hays we are looking to speak with a Marketing Manager about an exciting role working with a global digital agency based in Dublin City. This role will be up to 14 months as it is a maternity cover contract.
Your new role:
Strategic Leadership and Execution:
- Lead an integrated team encompassing CRM, Paid Social, and Paid Search to successfully execute the agency's marketing strategy.
- Report on inbound lead generation and marketing performance to the Managing Director.
Content Marketing and Messaging:
- Develop and implement a strategic content marketing plan including case studies, blogs, social media content, guest posts, and webinars.
- Collaborate with different departments for sourcing content ideas.
- Project manage the content pipeline from conception to completion.
- Support and guide relevant team members in content creation and edit content to ensure it is engaging, client-focused, and aligns with business objectives.
- Coordinate with existing media partners to identify cross-publishing opportunities.
- Draft and distribute press releases as required.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Conduct monthly reporting meetings to review insights from paid social, paid search, and CRM.
- Lead strategy adjustments as necessary based on data and insights.
- Report to the leadership on progress, learning and blockers throughout the year
Event Coordination & Content Repurposing:
- Coordinate with internal teams on webinar content scheduling according to the business needs.
- Support relevant team members with content development for key client events and webinars on an ongoing basis.
- Work with CRM, Paid Social, and PPC teams to promote webinars to maximise sign-ups and attendees.
- Design and execute content repurposing plans to effectively leverage all thought leadership content appropriately across multiple channels.
Manage key partnership relationships:
- Work with our marketing partners to ensure we maximise the value of the relationship.
- Identify new partners to help amplify our content in key geographies.
What you'll need to succeed :
- Will have previously worked in a marketing leadership role
- Proven experience in content marketing and digital marketing strategies.
- Very strong project management and communication skills.
- The ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Experience in B2B marketing and storytelling.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
