Manufacturing Operatives – West Cork
Hays Recruitment are hiring Manufacturing Operatives for our client, a well established Timber Home Builder based in the West Cork area.
This is a hands on role suited to candidates with experience or interest in manufacturing, construction, or carpentry.
Key Responsibilities
- Cutting timber to size using hand and power tools
- Assembling timber frame panels
- Installing insulation into panels
- Working from drawings and specifications
- Adhering to health & safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Requirements
- Valid Manual Handling Certificate (essential)
- Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, carpentry, or a similar environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to engage in physical, hands on work
