Community Centre Service Manager | 3 Months | €40,000 | North Dublin

Your new company

As Community Centres Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the daily operations of two Community Centres in the Fingal area, including reporting to the Board/Representatives of the Board, management and engagement of clients and activities, and general management including staff management. Your new office is located in North Dublin. Your new company requires you to join their team on a 3-month basis.

Your new role

As Community Centres Service Manager, you will be in the main point of contact for Community Centres reporting into the Board of Management/Representative on strategic planning, financial matters, pricing and staff-issues on a monthly basis. Along with development and implementation of good Governance Policies and Procedures.

Your duties will include but are not limited to developing Business & Marketing plans and implementing the Community’s Centre’s Business aims and objectives. You will also manage stakeholder relations, general queries, monthly reports, financial management, grant & funding management, staff management and all general community centre management duties that fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed

To Community Centres Service Manager, ideally you will have recent relevant experience in a similar role. Excellent IT skills including Microsoft MS Suite is necessary. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are necessary to ensure efficient running of two Community Centres. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with a range of stakeholders and the public.

With clear and relevant examples of your communication, co-ordination and administrative skills will be a very strong candidate for this role.
