Site Manager - Construction based - Dublin
Your New Role
Your new employer is a Tier 2 construction company based in Dublin. As a Site Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of our construction projects. You will oversee all on-site activities, guaranteeing that projects are completed on schedule and to the highest standards of quality. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the efforts of subcontractors and site personnel
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
- Tracking project progress and generating comprehensive reports
- Efficiently managing site logistics and resources
- Collaborating with clients, architects, and engineers to address any issues
- Implementing and upholding quality control procedures
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Site Manager in the construction sector
- Strong leadership and management capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related discipline
