This company has been awarded multiple new contracts and as a result they require a Site Manager to join the team.

Your new role:
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the supervision of the construction on site, supporting the Project Manager to help deliver the project and to meet the clients high expectations. You will be in charge of the management and coordination of both direct site staff and sub-contractors. Each week, you will have a meeting with the Contracts Manager and Project Manager with your updates on the project. You will be in regular communication with the companies senior management team and professional progression within the company is supported.

What you'll need to succeed:
To obtain this position you will hold a relevant construction/engineering qualification or come from a trade background. Previous experience with a leading main contractor is preferred, ideally on large-scale residential projects.
