Your new role
As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on our construction sites. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Your new role
As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on our construction sites. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supervising all on-site activities, including subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinating with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitoring project progress and preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely and effective manner.
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Managing site documentation, including contracts, permits, and safety records.
- Leading and motivating the site team to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of quality construction.
What you'll need to succeed
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably in residential construction.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
- A valid driving licence and the ability to travel to various sites as required.
