• Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, and board packs
• Advise on financial implications of business decisions and growth strategies
• Monitor cash flow and manage debtor control
• Coordinate audits and tax returns across multiple regions
• Deliver profitability analysis on projects, sales, and job costings
• Support tender costing and large project bids
• Lead and mentor accounts team members
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support business trends and decision-making
What you'll need to succeed
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Proficiency in accountancy software and MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
