Travel & Accommodation Coordinator - €35,000 - €45,000 DOE – South Dublin

Your role

You will join a fast-growing, international organisation as a Travel & Accommodation Coordinator, supporting large-scale project teams across multiple locations. This is an office-based role where you will play a key part in managing travel and accommodation logistics for employees and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage accommodation requests in line with project schedules
  • Arrange hotel bookings, long-term stays, and travel itineraries
  • Liaise with landlords, estate agents, and travel providers
  • Coordinate bookings, cancellations, and changes through travel agencies
  • Maintain accurate records of all accommodation and travel arrangements
  • Review and verify invoices from accommodation providers
  • Prepare detailed monthly reports for internal teams


What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a travel coordination or similar administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g. Amadeus, Galileo) is an advantage.
  • Understanding of international travel requirements and logistics
  • A qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field is desirable.
