Your new role

• Leading, motivating, and supporting a warehouse team to achieve daily targets
• Monitoring productivity and ensuring KPIs are consistently met
• Maintaining health and safety standards and ensuring compliance at all times
• Coordinating inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely deliveries
• Handling stock control, inventory accuracy, and reporting discrepancies
• Liaising with senior management and other departments to optimise operations

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Lead role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience working within a fast-paced logistics or distribution environment
• Good understanding of warehouse systems and stock control processes
