Senior Credit Controller – North Cork | 18–24 Month FTC | Fully On-site

Reporting to the Credit Manager, duties will include (not limited to):
- Maximising cash flow through the collection of outstanding invoices.
- Reviewing customer contractual information.
- Assisting with the timely allocation of monies received.
- Monitoring accounts and identifying potential issues that may impact payment.
- Preparing accurate and timely reports for senior management.
- Producing weekly debtors reports.
- Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and legal representatives to assist with issue resolution.
- Supporting the identification and management of credit risk.
- Contributing to process improvements and departmental efficiencies.
- Ensuring procedures and controls are maintained and adhered to.
- Managing daily escalated customer matters.
- Working closely with the wider business to support customer relationships and business objectives.
- Maintaining a strong focus on corporate governance and compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
- Membership of IICM or a similar professional body.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
- Experience using online banking platforms.
- Knowledge of corporate governance principles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership capability.
- Technical accounting and credit management expertise.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant industry knowledge.
