Your new company
As Legal Administrator, you will join a regulatory, representative and educational body in their Regulatory Legal Services Department. Your new office is located in Dublin City and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team to cover a maternity leave. You will work 4 days onsite, 1 day remote.
Your new role
Your duties will include, but are not limited to updating and maintaining file and case management system, including scanning incoming post; general copy and Dictaphone typing; building briefs for counsel and making arrangements for the delivery of briefs and other supplementary documentation; preparing court books; preparing books for tribunal hearings; making arrangements for and filing affidavits; submissions and books of court/tribunal documents to meet court or tribunal-imposed deadlines; attending in person at court/tribunal offices as required; making arrangements for the swearing of affidavits by other members of staff; assisting Regulatory Legal Services executives at meetings, including attending at court or tribunal hearings, taking attendance notes as required; query management; drafting documents; drafting correspondence to solicitors and other stakeholders; preparation of documentation to support the legal advisory function; conducting legal research at the direction of members of the Regulatory Legal Services section executive; hosting and taking attendance notes at virtual/remote meetings/hearings and all general administrative duties that fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have relevant experience in a similar role providing legal administrative support, litigation experience is desirable. Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to carry out accurate and precise work under pressure and time constraints is required. Strong IT skills, including MS Suit including Excel, is essential. You will have a flexible and collaborative approach to your work and responsibilities.
