Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 2–3 years experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within L&D. The ideal candidate should be proactive, able to work independently and in a team, possess excellent time management skills, and have the ability to establish good working relationships. Strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to collect and review information are also essential. The candidate should be adaptable to changing work requirements and committed to ongoing learning and maintaining high work standards. You will have the ability to manage high volume requests and the ability to multitask.
