Your new role
As an IT Value & Performance Coordinator, you will support governance, compliance, and performance tracking across IT functions. You will play a key role in ensuring that processes are aligned with internal policies and that teams consistently follow approved procedures.
Key duties will include:
- Ensuring IT processes align with company policies and standards
- Monitoring adherence to procedures such as change management and access controls
- Identifying and reporting deviations, risks, or non-compliance issues
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain governance and best practices
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A background in finance or accounting (part-qualified candidates will be considered)
- A strong work ethic with a proactive and self-motivated approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
