We use the latest technological tools and simulation software to promote the performance and accuracy of our designs.

Assist the Company Directors with delivery of projects, with effective resourcing of assisting engineers, maintaining technical quality, professionalism, completing all design activities to project milestones / programme. An essential part of this role is to support the Leadership Team with coaching and staff training of engineers, and be involved with collaboration between our Belfast and London Offices.

The ideal candidate will be a competent & experienced designer. We are looking for a self-starter that can manage and develop resources to meet project demands whilst maintaining the highest level of technical excellence and regulatory compliance and work as part of the wider engineering team.

Educated to degree level in electrical engineering or a relevant construction discipline and having gained relevant practical experience in a similar role, you will have demonstrable knowledge and experience of electrical design, particularly in relation to Part L, CIBSE codes, Wiring Regulations and Technical Guidance comfort criteria across a range of building types.

You will be required to produce detailed design packages of all electrical engineering systems, including but not limited to:

For this position, you will ideally be Chartered or working towards, and have experience across a wide range of sectors including Residential, Healthcare, Education and Commercial. An understanding of design software packages; Amtect, Relux, Dialux, AutoCAD and REVIT/BIM would be desirable.
