Finishing Foreman Job - Dublin West - Lucrative Salary / Rates
Your new company:
Your new organisation is one of the largest and most well respected main building contractors. They operate predominately out of Dublin and currently have over 15 active projects. A lot of these projects consist of high-end mixed-use developments, such as residential blocks (150–1100 units depending on the site), Data Centres and high-end commercial fitouts. They are renowned as one of the best contractors in the industry and have a pipeline of work for the next 5+ years due to their ongoing residential and data centre presence, along with their well-established client base. They are in a period of constant expansion, and require several internal or finishing managers/supervisors across several of their build and fitout projects.
Your new role is based in West Dublin / Naas Road – on a high-profile mixed-use development.
On completion, it will consist of 1,123 apartments across 12 blocks together with 731 car parking spaces, 12,445 sq’m of communal amenity space and 8,352 sq’m of private amenity space. There is also 2,894 sq’m of retail, 4,259 sq’m of offices, a 969 sq’m crèche and a 998 sq’m Primary Care Unit.
What you'll need to succeed:
What you'll get in return:
In return for the above, you will work for a main construction contractor who values their employees and offers a clear progression path to more senior management levels.
They have a great reputation within the industry and have very strong senior management in place – delivering high-profile projects. You can be paid either by the hour or on a salary. Both are very beneficial and lucrative (hourly rate options are common place and are a long-term option if that suits your situation).
Hourly rates are in the bracket of €30.00 to €40.00 per hour. Typically, 45–50 hour weeks – good money to be made and this would also include time and a half and double time. There are PAYE OR Self-Employed options. This is €80,000-€105,000 on an hourly rate, based on time worked per year.
In terms of the offered salary, this would be in the region of €70,000 to €80,000 and would come with a vehicle or allowance. A strong company pension and strong performance bonus. It's a great time to join their expanding organisation.
There is typically a review after 6 months regarding performance and salaries/rates.
