Site Supervisor – Civils & Infrastructure - North Dublin / Meath Corridor - Hourly OR Salary Paid

You will be joining a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across Ireland. With new project phases commencing in the North Dublin / Meath region, the organisation is expanding its site delivery teams and offering long-term stability and progression for experienced supervisors.
Your New Role & Responsibilities
As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day civils and utilities operations across active projects in North Dublin / Meath areas. Works typically include road construction, earthworks, drainage, utilities installation, and water/wastewater infrastructure.
This position can be offered on an hourly rate or fixed salary package, depending on your preference.
Selection of Duties
- Lead and coordinate site crews to maintain productivity and quality
- Plan and sequence daily work to support efficient project delivery.
- Identify issues early and implement corrective actions
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain accurate site records, permits, and daily reports
- Oversee groundworks, drainage, utilities, and general civils operations
- Liaise with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
- Support resource planning, scheduling, and progress reporting
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor on civil engineering projects.
- Strong background in roads, utilities, drainage, or water/wastewater.
- Up‑to‑date safety training and relevant industry certifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts and drive productivity.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and high‑standard site delivery.
What You’ll Get in Return

Hourly rates are typically paid between €30–€45 per hour (approx. €55,000–€95,000 annually depending on hours worked) and can be paid on a PAYE or self-employed basis. Salary packages range from €55,000–€75,000 + vehicle/allowance, pension, bonuses, and additional benefits.
