The Client
The client is a leading provider of engineering and infrastructure solutions, delivering high‑quality water and wastewater projects across the region. We specialise in innovative, sustainable, and client‑focused project delivery, and we’re growing our team to support a strong pipeline of works.

Role Overview
They are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Water Infrastructure Projects) to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of water infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering or construction background, proven experience in the water sector, and the leadership capability to drive project teams toward successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of water and wastewater projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee site activities to ensure works comply with H&S regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports, commercial updates, and project documentation.
  • Manage project teams and promote a collaborative, safety‑first culture.
  • Support tendering, estimating, and technical proposal development as required.

You Will Need
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven project management experience within the water sector (e.g., pipelines, pumping stations, treatment plants, or similar infrastructure).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, industry regulations, and H&S compliance.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.
