Your new role

In this position, you will contribute to the delivery and ongoing improvement of water and/or wastewater services, supporting operational, technical or project-based activities within the wider organisation.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, helping to ensure assets are effectively managed across their lifecycle and that services are delivered efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards.

The role may involve stakeholder engagement, performance monitoring, supporting project delivery, or contributing to asset strategy and operational planning.

You will play a key role in ensuring reliability of service while driving continuous improvement across processes and systems.

Working shifts:
77/11 - 77 hours over a consecutive 11-day period. The 11 days will start on a Monday and run to the following Thursday, followed by 3 days off (Friday, Saturday & Sunday).

What you'll need to succeed

Relevant experience in utilities, engineering, infrastructure, operations or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience working in a structured, regulated or asset-heavy environment
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Understanding of water/wastewater services or public infrastructure (advantageous)
Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent experience

Full clean driving licence
