Our client is a well‑established construction company specialising in residential houses, apartment developments, and select commercial projects. They are looking for a meticulous and proactive Snagger to ensure all completed units — from single homes to multi‑storey apartments and small commercial spaces

Your new role

• Conduct detailed inspections across residential plots, apartment blocks, and small commercial units
• Identify defects, incomplete works, and quality issues across all trades
• Produce accurate snagging lists and communicate them clearly to site teams

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in snagging, finishing, or residential construction (commercial experience beneficial)
• Strong understanding of housebuilding standards, finishing trades, and quality expectations
• Full driving licence (preferred)
