Junior Electrical Engineer with Renewable Energy Firm

Your new role

As a Junior Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the design, development, and implementation of solar PV systems. Working closely with senior engineers and project managers, you will assist in preparing electrical schematics, conducting site assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Your responsibilities will also include:
  • Assisting in the preparation of single-line diagrams and layout drawings.
  • Supporting the selection and specification of electrical components.
  • Participating in system performance analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborating with installation teams to ensure design accuracy and safety.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • A strong interest in renewable energy and solar technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical design principles and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
