Your new role
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing administrative work, supervising staff, improving efficiency, preparing operational reports, and evaluating products. They will also conduct competitor research, assist with Sales and Marketing activities, manage product documentation, maintain policies and procedures manuals, delegate tasks, lead meetings, and assist other senior members of the team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need at least 5 years' experience in a high-performing environment, with the ability to develop strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders. An analytical mind is essential, as you'll be responsible for interrogating data, information, and research to inform business planning and decision-making.
