• Installation: Measure, cut, and install stone cladding materials on exterior surfaces of buildings.
• Maintenance: repairing and maintaining existing stone cladding to ensure longevity and integrity.
• Technical Interpretation: Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine the best materials and methods for the project.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures and regulations to ensure the safety of oneself and others on the job site.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers to coordinate installation and repairs.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that cladding is properly installed and meets safety and design standards.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using tools and equipment such as scaffolding, ladders, chisels, hammers, and power grinders
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately measure and cut materials to fit building dimensions and contours.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work at heights.
• Experience: Previous experience in cladding installation or related construction work is preferred.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
