This leading civil contractor delivers projects nationwide within Civils, drainage & utilities (water & electricity). Due to continued expansion, they require multiple Civil Foremen across the Greater Dublin Area & Leinster.


Your new role
As a Civil Foreman, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of utilities (water) projects. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Provide regular updates for the PM and Snr Site Agents.
  • Oversee water, drainage, and utilities projects.
  • Manage crews of groundworkers.
  • Assist in controlling plant and materials on site.
  • Ensure all work is produced to the highest quality standard.
  • Regularly complete the site diary and paperwork.
  • Be present for site meetings, ensuring that issues arising on site are discussed and amended.
  • Ensure Health and Safety is implemented throughout the site.
  • Liaise with Clients / Consultancies & local authorities.


What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you will need:
  • A background in civils, water and groundworks projects.
  • A full Irish driving license is essential.
  • Proven experience in site engineering within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
