Your New Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties and ensuring a seamless letting process. Your key duties will include:
-Conducting property viewings and liaising with homeowners and tenants
-Negotiating lease terms and preparing tenancy agreements
-Managing property listings and marketing campaigns
-Ensuring compliance with PRSA regulations
-Maintaining accurate records and delivering top-tier customer service
T-his is an office-based role with regular travel to properties, so access to a car is essential.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
-To be successful in this role, you will need
-A valid PRSA licence with at least 1 year of post-licensing experience
-2–-3 years’ experience in residential lettings or a similar property role
-A proactive, driven attitude with strong communication skills
-Excellent organisational and negotiation abilities
-A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
