Branch Manager role with uncapped commission working for Ireland's leading security firm

Your new role

As a Branch Manager you will play a key role within the sales team. Responsibilities include:

  • Achieve your monthly sales target for your own branch
  • Train and support salesmen (special focus on middle managers, Coaches & Team Leaders)
  • Implement and promote the culture within the team, fostering a positive and results-driven work environment.
  • Take a proactive approach in the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent, aligning with organisational growth objectives.
  • Understand and improve main sales performance KPIs
  • Organise field training with your team members regarding our sales method
  • Motivate, train, and support the salesforce, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Administrative tasks of your office & stock control
We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our organisation as a Branch Manager. As a P&L Owner, you will be a key part in achieving business growth and transformation. The individual will manage teams consisting of newbies, Junior, Veteran and TLs and will provide guidance and support for their professional development and optimizing their performance.
