Civil Foreman - Utilities - Infrastructure - Dublin - Meath - Louth

Your New Role & Responsibilities:
This position will be based in North Dublin, and it will consist of infrastructure and utilities work.
This position is likely to be paid on an hourly rate basis (you will be paid for every hour you work on site).

Selection of Duties:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations on site, supervising civil crews and subcontractors.
  • Manage site staff, materials, and labour to adhere to programme requirements across multiple areas.
  • Ensure all works are carried out safely, in accordance with project specs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, regular safety meetings in accordance with HSEQ standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with Project Managers, Engineers, and client representatives.
  • Maintain accurate daily site records, such as labour timesheets, material deliveries, and plant usage.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a civils-based supervisory role, ideally within utilities, infrastructure, or general civil projects.
Proven experience supervising site crews.
Ability to interpret site drawings, supporting delivery of work to specs.
Ability to build strong relationships across site teams and subcontractors.

You will be given the option of either an hourly rate or a salary.
The hourly rate on offer can reach up to €50.00 per hour depending on experience levels (€80,000-€110,000 typically, 45–50 hours per week)This can be a PAYE or self-employed basis.

Salaries are offered in the region of €75,000 to €85,000 + either a vehicle or allowances and performance bonuses / pension contributions etc.
Your experience level and what you can bring to the team will dictate where you fall in that range.
