Great opportunity for an inside sales admin for a role in South Dublin.

Job Description
We are a leading player in Building Information Management (BIM) operating in the Construction sector in Ireland for almost 20 years. We are recognised for our strong knowledge and for our commitment to providing a quality service to our clients. Within our sector of Information Management, DFM Systems was the first Irish company to be awarded NSAI ISO-19650 certification for our services and software solutions. We require an Inside Sales Specialist to join our expanding Team in south Dublin.

Our Inside Sales Specialists are responsible for cultivating sales leads and developing our outbound sales pipeline by engaging with new prospects using several resources such as CIS (Construction Information Services), LinkedIn, Outbound Calls and emails. The role will also include working on inbound leads and developing these through to tender. As a member of our sales team, you will become expert on our Digital Project Delivery platform interacting with new prospects and identifying their requirements for Building Information and Data management for both new construction and existing building information .

As global construction is moving through the Building Information Management process and Digital Twins and the Golden Thread of information become the norm you will be at the forefront of a rapidly developing sector.   • Research potential prospects online to produce qualified call lists for future development.
  • Qualify leads using our internal CRM and CIS data.
  • Supporting lead and opportunity generation activities.
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further
  • development and closure.
  • Researching and analysing the competitive landscape, identify our target accounts.
  • Participation in the building of outbound campaigns via research and bringing new
  • ideas to the table.
  • Reviewing and supporting the effective follow up and management of sales leads.
  • Sales related admin functions as directed by your assigned manager.
  • Develop a strong appreciation and deep understanding of how to effectively support our sales and new business development process.
  • Have a strong desire and high level of commitment to helping our company meet our defined sales goals.
  • Recruit and drive attendance of new prospects and leads to various industry events, webinars etc.
  • Attend sales meetings, work closely with the marketing team, and keep current with all product information, pricing, and contract terms

Skills and Qualifications
  • 1 - 3 years of previous sales experience.
  • Experience in conducting sales campaigns, email marketing, or a desire to learn.
  • Desire to learn and understand the industry in which we operate.
  • Fluent English language skills required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and show tenacity when chasing prospects.
