Hays has been retained to recruit a Timber Frame Technologist for an offsite construction company based in Coachford.

Your new role

This role involves working within the client's design team to produce technical drawings, specifically drawings focused on timber frame design.

Responsibilities include:

• Using Design Software to produce technical drawings.
• Working with suppliers and clients to ensure efficient project completion.
• Working with design team.
• Attending design meetings.
• Occasional site visits.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2-3 years' of experience working in a CAD Technician/Technologist role

• Experience working with timber frame design

• Teamwork skills
• Good communication and an eye for problem-solving.
