As a Civil Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and leading teams on site.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
- Ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Working on all aspects of groundwork on projects.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Monitoring site safety and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Liaising with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintaining accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any changes to plans.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman in residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field.
