Your new role

As a Legal Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a legal case management system upgrade. This six-month contract position is based in Cork with a blended working model. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, supporting data migration and system testing, and contributing to the development of legal knowledge management tools. The role also involves providing administrative support to the legal team, assisting with training materials, and ensuring a smooth transition to the upgraded system. You will work closely with legal professionals, internal stakeholders, and the project implementation team to deliver results on time and to a high standard.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need a relevant Level 8 qualification and experience in developing or updating standard operating procedures, policies, or user guides. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential, along with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. You should be comfortable working in a project environment, have strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with legal or case management systems is an advantage. A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach will be key to your success.
