Project Manager – Digital & Data Transformation

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to play a key role in delivering a portfolio of projects aligned with our Business Plan Objectives and Digital & Data Transformation Strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to organisational growth.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of assigned programmes and projects—ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure high-quality outcomes and effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project life cycle: from feasibility and initiation through to execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with milestones and delivery timelines
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare documentation for governance approvals
- Manage resources, risks, issues, and change control processes effectively
- Provide expert guidance on solutions that enhance business efficiency and reduce risk
- Ensure robust project governance, reporting, and quality assurance compliance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Oversee vendor performance to ensure value for money and successful delivery
- Produce regular status reports and manage escalation processes where required
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learnt and drive improvements
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of project management methodologies and processes
- Ensure alignment with Digital & Data Transformation principles such as Digital First, Enterprise Value, and Simplicity
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience managing complex projects across full life cycle stages
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, and change control
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
