A well-established organisation based in Moycullen, Co. Galway is seeking a Payroll Assistant to join its busy team. Your new role

You will work closely with the Payroll Clerk to assist in processing weekly payroll for both Irish and UK operations. Your responsibilities will include reviewing timesheets, updating employee contracts, maintaining personnel records, and supporting HR functions such as onboarding and handling employee queries.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a payroll focused role is desirable. You’ll need strong attention to detail, good IT skills (especially Microsoft Office), and excellent communication and organisational abilities. Confidentiality and accuracy are key.
