Office Administrator – €28,000 - €32,000 DOE - North Dublin/Meath

Your new company

Your new company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Administrator to join their team based on the Meath/ Dublin border. This role would ideally suit someone with a strong customer service background. The role requires an individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment who can interact professionally with customers to provide appropriate solutions. Experience from property services or a related sector would be an advantage but is not essential.


Your responsibilities

  • Managing switchboard and directing calls accordingly

  • Sorting and distribution of post to staff and clients

  • Ordering, issuing and managing keys for developments.

  • Ordering and managing office stationery for all departments

  • Managing the common areas, ensuring the boardroom, two kitchenettes and bathrooms are appropriately stocked

  • Liaising with customers regarding all aspects of customer service to provide appropriate solutions to their queries

  • Logging and arranging call out for service support contractors.

  • Providing administrative support to the assigned Property Manager and Property Administrator

  • General Administrative Duties to include but not limited to preparation of newsletters, notice, meeting minutes, receipt issuing.

  • Assisting with preparation for meetings under instructions and in conjunction with the assigned Portfolio Manager and Property Administrator

  • Attendance at meetings to give administrative support to the assigned Property Manager or Property Administrator.

  • Liaising with committee/directors regarding developments under instruction and in conjunction with the assigned Property Manager and Property Administrator

  • Other ad hoc related responsibilities that may arise or be requested from time to time.


What you'll need to succeed

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role.

  • Background in property is a distinct advantage.

  • A proven solid background of working in very busy office environments, with clear demonstrated multitasking ability and good organisational skills.

  • Be able to work to tight deadlines, prioritise workload and work on your own initiative.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
