Your new company

Your new employer is a family-run business who have grown hugely over the past decade. With multiple acquisitions and mergers, they are continually growing their accounts team. Based in D11, the office is easily accessible from Dublin, Meath and Kildare. This role is fully office-based. Working directly alongside the CFO, you will receive excellent development and training opportunities.

Your new role

You will be tasked with duties such as

• Processing purchase invoices onto the accounting system allocation of payments
• Managing Purchase Order queries
• Preparation of weekly/monthly payment runs
• Expense Analysis Reports
• Reconciliation of monthly supplier statements to the creditors' ledger
• Resolving outstanding discrepancies
• Maintenance of Cash Book
• Posting of bank transactions
• Reconciliations
• Petty Cash management
• Preparation of Accruals
• Revenue returns VAT/VIES/Intrastat
• Processing of employee expenses claims

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate would have :

• 5+ Years' experience in a similar role
• ATI Qualified or similar
• Can -do open attitude
• Good excel knowledge (pivots, v-look-ups)
• Strong ERP system exposure
• Ability to work well on their own initiative
• Strong communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English
• Full eligibility to work in the Irish market (EEA / Visa)
