Your new role

This role is based in West Dublin, working on a medium-term data centre build, where you’ll be involved in the delivery of key civils and utilities packages from early stages through to completion, with a strong possibility of future work beyond this project. The position is offered on an hourly rate basis, meaning you will be paid for every hour worked on site, providing clear visibility on your earnings throughout the project.

Selection of Duties

• Oversee day‑to‑day delivery of civils and utilities works on the data centre project.
• Assess commercial impacts, costs, and progress across multiple work fronts.
• Prepare cost‑to‑complete reports and support claims and financial documentation.
• Review and develop design solutions and technical drawings.
• Provide clear reporting to support project decisions and coordination.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven civils Project Management experience; relevant qualifications are an advantage.
• Strong background in utilities, drainage, ducting, and general civil works.
• Experience with reinforced concrete or steel structures.
• Confident working independently and coordinating multiple subcontractors.
• Ability to produce and review drawings.
• Familiarity with recognised construction contract frameworks.
• Full, clean driving licence.
