Your new role

As HR Manager, you will act as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner, supporting leadership across the organisation. You will:
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to leaders at all levels
  • Support the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage recruitment, employee development, and succession planning
  • Advise on employee relations matters including performance, disciplinary issues, and career development
  • Oversee compensation planning, training, and HR systems
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues effectively
  • Partner closely with senior leadership on organisational and people strategies
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation
What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and analytical abilities
  • Proven experience in conflict resolution and stakeholder management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience using HR systems and talent management tools
Desirable:
  • Degree in Human Resources (Master’s preferred)
  • Experience in HR management
  • Experience within a unionised or manufacturing environment
  • Previous people management experience
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills
