Your new company

Your new organisation is in the construction industry. They are looking for you to join their HR team as a HR manager at their offices in Dublin West and also on site where applicable.

Your new role

As HR manager, you will have a variety of responsibilities including culture stewardship, leadership, employee experience, policy development and governance, HR operations, recruitment and onboarding, performance management and employee relations and wellbeing. You will also act as employee support and provide clear and consistent communication on HR matters.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in your new role, you must have a level 8 degree or equivalent in a HR or business-related discipline. You must have experience in a similar role, preferably from a construction background. You must be systems savvy with excellent interpersonal skills.
