Looking for an exciting HR role that will allow you to use your expertise to make a difference? Look no further! Our client, a retail company, are seeking a HR Director to join their dynamic team. You will lead Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding & Engagement, Talent Management, Recognition & Reward Management, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, and HRIS.
Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a high-performance culture across both the Brand Centre and stores, designing a performance structure and approach to deliver this. You will also work with internal and external stakeholders, including the Brand Partners to devise and deliver a learning and development strategy that supports the overall brand strategy. As HR Director you will work collaboratively with senior leaders to forecast supply and demand through succession planning. You will also design and deliver a talent acquisition strategy that will position the organisation as an employer of choice in a competitive market.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need over 5 years of experience in a senior HR management role, generalist HR experience, a third-level qualification in HR or a business-related discipline. Additionally, you will need to possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills resulting in collaborative and strong relationships with all stakeholders. You should be a natural leader with the ability to select, coach, motivate and develop engaging high performing teams. Demonstrating strong commercial acumen and understanding the role that people play in the success of the Brand is key to succeeding in this role. You will be highly organised with the ability to multitask and problem solve, proposing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
