Your new role

You’ll work closely with the HR Manager to steer the strategic HR direction of the business, including integrating new acquisitions and supporting organisational changes. You’ll lead initiatives across Irish operations, coach line managers on performance, engagement, and talent development, and oversee the entire employee life cycle—from recruitment through to exit. Your role involves managing recruitment processes in partnership with line managers and agencies, ensuring roles are filled promptly with the right fit. You’ll maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners through regular reviews and assessments. With the Irish Management Team, you’ll build managerial capability, support high-potential talent, and lead succession planning. You’ll coordinate training identified in quarterly reviews, manage logistics, update the training matrix, and report completion status. Remuneration and benefits will fall under your remit, aligned with benchmarks and administered alongside selected brokers. You’ll also handle employee relations and performance matters, ensure timely reviews, and support engagement efforts through surveys and follow-up actions.
Finally, you'll ensure policies meet Irish legislation, employee documentation is GDPR-compliant, and benefits administration is delivered seamlessly across the Island of Ireland.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as an HR Generalist. Educated to degree level or demonstrable equivalent experience. Good Employee Relations experience with extensive knowledge of Irish employment law and an understanding of NI law would be an advantage. The ability to assist in driving change in a fast-moving and highly commercial environment and be able to travel to other offices as required (full driving licence and own transport).
