HR Administrator - Dublin West – Up to €38k DOE

Your new company

You will be joining a supportive HR team that plays a key role in driving people operations across the business.

Your new role

As an HR Administrator, you will play a central role in supporting the delivery of efficient and effective HR operations. Reporting to senior HR leadership, you will work across a wide range of administrative and coordination activities, including:
  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising roles, shortlisting CVs and coordinating interviews
  • Managing onboarding processes, preparing contracts and new starter documentation
  • Liaising with payroll on employee changes such as starters, leavers, and leave requests
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and updating internal systems
  • Coordinating probation reviews and supporting performance processes
  • Assisting with employee relations administration, including note-taking for meetings.
  • Supporting wellness initiatives, training administration and internal programmes
  • Conducting exit interviews and providing feedback to stakeholders
  • Contributing to HR projects and wider business initiatives
  • Some travel involved to other sites around Dublin & ROI.


What you'll need to succeed

  • A degree in HR or a related business discipline
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards it) is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law** (Essential)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks & a proactive, can-do attitude with a flexible approach to work

Salary of €36,000 - €38,000
