As their team continues to grow, they are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support their Human Resources function and contribute to the smooth running of employee operations.


Your new role

The HR Administrator will provide essential support across a range of HR activities, including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, data management, and general administrative duties. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a high level of discretion, and a genuine interest in supporting people and processes.


Your responsibilities
  • Assist with the administration of recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
  • Maintain and update HR records and databases in line with GDPR and internal policies.
  • Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and reports.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and operational efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Desirable Attributes
  • CIPD qualification or working towards certification.
  • Familiarity with Irish employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or multi-site environment.
