You will be joining a world-leading service provider in the aviation industry. Leading a team of 2 in HR. This is a full-time, permanent role.
Your new role
As HR Manager, you will play a key role in driving HR strategy and supporting operational excellence across the Cork site. You will manage all aspects of HR, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development. A critical part of the role involves working closely with trade unions and employee representatives to maintain positive industrial relations.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will have at least 7 years’ HR experience with relevant education/CIPD.
- Proven experience in HR management within a unionised environment.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Aviation industry experience is highly desirable but not essential.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
