Your new company

As the HR Business Partner, you will join a leading Data Centre Construction Company delivering throughout Europe. Your new company prides themselves on a 'hands-on' approach to ensure the smooth delivery of operations day to day. Your new company is based in Dublin 22 with parking available. This role is office based. Your new company requires you to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your new role

As the HR Business Partner, you will be a key contributor in various areas throughout the business. You will collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and implement strategies. Work with senior members of the team to design, communicate and implement new processes. You will provide advice and support regarding Employee Relations. Partner with the TA team to continually improve the employer brand. Proactively work with partners to design and deliver L&D initiatives. Deliver continuous improvement initiatives, analyse trends and metrics and ensure compliance with company policy and procedure.


What you'll need to succeed

You will hold a relevant degree in HR as well as 5+ years’ experience working in a busy HR environment. You will provide examples of previous work within the relevant areas to include L&D, ER and Strategic HR planning. You will have excellent conflict resolution skills and knowledge of HR best practices. You will have excellent attention to detail and advanced knowledge of MS Office.
