Hybrid Payroll Specialist for a large organisation in the service industry. Salary €45000 - €50000

Your new role
Provide support to the HR Manager on specialist knowledge, advise for all managers and team members on H.R. related issues including recruitment and selection, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Radiations, Communications and Health & Safety.

  • Responsible for the management of the TMS System, updating starters & leavers and Maternity & Parental leave.
  • Complete the TMS monthly cut off and send export report to Zellis in conjunction with payroll process.
  • Issue TMS Cards to all new starters on their start date and replace cards as required.
  • Resolve any outstanding anomalies monthly following cut-off.
  • Complete an overtime report from TMS to reconciliation with overtime back up/documentation.
  • Provide training to TMS users and new team members and address any TMS queries.
  • Ensure all documentation/training manuals are up to date.

What you'll need to succeed
5 years Payroll experience,
Excellent communicator
Degree in HR,
IPASS qualified or CIPD Qualified
