Human Resource Services Analyst - Limerick - 13-month contract

Your new company

Your new company is a global leading financial institution which specialises in providing asset management and fund services solutions. You will be joining a team in Limerick who work on a hybrid basis in a modern office.

Your new role

As a Human Resource Services Analyst, you will assist in the administration of various Human Resource programs, services, and processes supporting a region. This role will interact with all levels of employees to answer HR questions and resolve issues while complying with company and legal policies. The role covers operations across 10 countries in the region, covering a combination of activities that include, but are not limited to:
  • Flexible Working Applications
  • Benefit Administration
  • Background Screening including Recurring & Regulatory Checks
  • Right to Work & Visa Monitoring
  • Time & Labour Compliance
  • Leave Administration
  • Official Title Promotions
  • Regulatory Role administration
  • RFP & Reporting
  • Updating and maintaining partners' data throughout their lifecycle where required.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate should have the following:
  • A college or university degree and/or relevant work experience in human resources is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service/client relationship skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
  • Accuracy and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic and demanding environment.

What you'll get in return

You will be offered a 13-month temporary placement which could be extended depending on work volumes and team needs. You’ll be paid an attractive hourly rate, and with a generous annual leave entitlement.
